Responsible for the strategic direction and critical objectives of Codos, Luka has proven management experience as a CTO. He holds an Engineering Master’s Degree from the University of Belgrade, giving Luka a problem-solving, engineer mindset. Codos combines his passion for sustainability and innovation.

Luca Kern studied Business Management at Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich, which led to an early interest in circular economy and Web3 use cases - especially purpose-driven tokens. Luca is integral to the strategic implementation and product development of Codos.

Dr. Andree Welker, with a distinguished Ph.D. from CERN and in-depth expertise in AI, cloud computing, blockchain, and app development, blends technology with executive strategies from Harvard and Wharton. His leadership secured $33M in funding, fueling sector-leading projects. His patent portfolio showcases his expertise in fostering innovation and efficient business scalability.

Michael has over 25 years of experience founding and growing startups of various sizes. Recently, he was Chairman & CEO of a fully US-regulated digital asset ecosystem which he co-founded, Symbridge. With his extensive experience with the tokenization of real-world assets, Michael will rely on his remarkable track record of leadership in the corporate world to help guide Codos in its growth journey as Chairman of the Codos AG Board. Michael's passion for the Codos mission is equal to his recognition of its opportunities.

Bringing a wealth of financial acumen and a proven track record of over 25 years of strategic financial management, Patrik is poised to steer Codos AG's financial strategies toward greater success as the Chief of Finance. Patrik's experience consulting for blockchain companies in regards to market development and crypto-accounting, and with his vast knowledge and specific insight into our industry, he will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability of Codos AG and its growth in the years ahead.

Andreas has a distinguished background as an attorney specializing in business law and IT law. His extensive experience in drafting national and international contracts, providing legal support to foreign companies entering the European market, and handling data protection issues provides him with valuable experience to succeed as the Chief of Legal for Codos AG. With Andreas overseeing legal support at this crucial juncture of Codos' expansion, we can be confident that the Codos mission will find success in new markets.

Andres supervises research projects within the organisation, with the focus on discrete choice models, tokenomics and smart contracts. He holds a Ph.D. in Math from EPFL, with proven research track and industrial experience in financial applications. Andres has a strong affection for nature and mountaineering and a genuine interest into climate-friendly technologies.

As the Head of Partnerships & Education, Marina develops partnerships, analyses global commuting patterns, CO₂ emissions from different transportation modes, and how that affects target audiences for the Codos App development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology specializing in Management and Public Policies, a Teaching Credential for Social Sciences, and an EU Project Management Certificate.

Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy with the main goals of brand awareness and community engagement, Michael has a proven track record as a marketing and communications professional working with leading international companies. He has a Master’s Degree in Identity and Integration from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Concordia University. Michael is also a published writer.

Alessia is a multimedia designer establishing the visual identity of Codos and creating content that educates, informs, and entertains the community. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, she has a long and proven experience in publishing, advertising, and the film industry. Alessia is the co-founder and vice president of GSIFA, an association for Ticino based animators. She is also a playwright and a review writer for film magazines.

Selena builds and manages the Codos community through digital content and engagement. With extensive experience in social media management and content marketing, she has worked with a variety of industries and companies worldwide. By bringing personality and creativity to brand communications, she hopes to amplify the unique brand voice and cultivate a loyal, active, and inspired community. Selena holds an Undergraduate Degree in Art History and International Relations from the University of St Andrews.

Tiziana graduated from SUPSI with a degree in Visual Communication, specializing in Graphic and brand design. Throughout her academic years, she collaborated on projects with local institutions such as museums and film festival organizers and volunteered for a non-profit organization where she could use her design skills to support meaningful causes. When she's not working on amazing visuals, you can find her enjoying nature or music.

Luka has a prowess for navigating complex projects and fostering strong relationships using his hands-on experience in HR and project management skills. Luka is also currently pursuing a Master's degree in People Management and Organization at HSLU.

Sophie is experienced in venture capital, working within fundraising and investment teams and overseeing markets in the EU, USA, and LatAm. She is a graduate of Columbia University with a major in Economics.

Michelle has a diverse background and global experience, having recently worked for a Singapore-based venture capital firm. Michelle is also pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Analytics at Columbia University, where she is learning how to use data to drive business strategy.
